Record Deletion (記録抹消）is the phenomenon that occurs in when a phenomenon is over.
Decription
This phenomenon occurs when anothe phenomonen is over. The people involved, including Heartseeds, will have all their memories regarding that phenomenon deleted. The StuCS is the only exception in which they are able to have memories of the supernatural world for around 2 years. Usually this occur after a few weeks when the phenomonon is over.
